Single-Button Fishing is built for Retail today and doesn't really work on WoW Classic. This is the effort to bring it fully up to par so Classic anglers get the same one-button experience. What Classic support covers: - Detecting Classic automatically and adapting SBF's behavior to it. - A built-in gear/loadout manager for Classic (Classic doesn't have Retail's equipment sets, so SBF needs its own). - Handling the fishing pole in the correct slot for Classic. - Reliable keybinding and casting so the button fires every time. - Proper loot handling for Classic's older looting behavior. Vote this up if you fish on Classic and want the full SBF experience there. Once it's picked up, each of the pieces above becomes its own tracked task.

Right now SBF learns fishing items as you use them, but the catalog has gaps and you can end up hand-managing it. This turns it into a complete, self-maintaining catalog of every fishing item — lures, bobbers, pole enchants, chum, buffs — and exactly where each one is useful. What you'd get: - SBF learns every item you actually fish with, including which zones it works in — automatically, just by playing. - The catalog is seeded from the game's own data, so it already knows the +fishing-skill items and how long their buffs last, even before you've tried them. - It knows your effective fishing skill for wherever you're standing (your base skill plus whatever boosts you have active). - Everyone's learned items sync together into one shared catalog, so it fills itself in — when a new patch adds an item, the first person to use it teaches it to everyone. This is the foundation for showing you only the items useful in your current spot, and for suggesting complete loadouts per zone.

Some fishing buffs replace each other (using one cancels the other), while others can be active at the same time. Today SBF can't tell the difference, so it can waste consumables re-applying a buff that just overwrote another one. This teaches SBF which buffs compete and which stack — automatically, by recognizing when two items grant the same buff. The result: SBF keeps every buff it *can* have up at once and cycles the ones that conflict instead of burning through them. More uptime, fewer wasted consumables, and you don't configure any of it by hand.

When you dial in a great fishing setup, there's currently no way to hand it to a friend or grab someone else's. This adds the ability to export a config profile and import one someone shares with you — pole, bait, buffs, timing, the whole loadout — so a good setup can spread instead of everyone rebuilding it from scratch. Your character-specific pieces (like combat and healing) stay yours; it's the fishing loadout that travels.

Separate from your fishing profiles, this lets you export your overall SBF settings and import them again — to back them up, move them to another character or account, or share your preferred configuration with someone else. Profiles are your loadouts; settings are how SBF behaves overall. Two independent things you'll be able to save and restore.
